Job Location for EaseMyTrip Recruitment 2024 -

Responsibilities of Flight Support - 

• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service
• Support customers across telecommunication/ email and chat 
• Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
• Clarify customer requirements
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and a professional manner using agreed upon procedures
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
• Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
• Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
  

Responsibilities of Ticketing Executive -

• PNR creation, issuance, re-issuance, changes/ cancellation, rescheduling
• Coordinating with airline and customers over the phone and emails
• Responsible for revenue generation for the company.
  

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For flight support (chat process) post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,450 and for ticketing executive posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 35,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Age - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.

• Flight Support - {12th Pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of world map and geography is required
