Responsibilities for Customer Chat Support Associate -
- Provide chat/ email/ voice and calls support to resolve customer issues
- Assist our customers end to end for any queries around billing, package related and technical support
- Responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs and solving queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers
- Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/ issues in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer chat support associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

- Communication
Assessment - You will get 30 minutes to complete this assessment. This
assessment test will comprise of sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency,
pronunciation.
