Responsibilities for Customer Chat Support Associate
  • Provide chat/ email/ voice and calls support to resolve customer issues
  • Assist our customers end to end for any queries around billing, package related and technical support
  • Responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs and solving queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers
  • Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/ issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer chat support associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Selection Method - For Accenture recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting, online assessment test and virtual interview. The assessment test will schedule in two stages:
  • Cognitive Assessment - You will get 50 minutes to complete this assessment. This assessment test will comprise of English ability, critical thinking and problem solving, abstract reasoning.
  • Communication Assessment - You will get 30 minutes to complete this assessment. This assessment test will comprise of sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation.
If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id for online mock assessment tests.
