Responsibilities for Program Manager -
- Lead the implementation of critical projects and global initiatives, that support and advance service operations for Google products
- Manage new product introductions and be accountable for day-to-day operations, performance results and customer expectations deliverables
- Participate in strategic initiatives within the reverse logistics space and ensure effective roll out, identifying operational challenges and acting on those findings to enable effective and smooth execution.
- Manage projects from needs assessment to implementation, identify opportunities, establish priorities, define resources and manage stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, legal, marketing and engineers
- Influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback
- Define content quality for Hindi and English language users
- Write user-facing, one tone Hindi and English language content at scale
- Develop scalable, Hindi specific guidelines.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For program manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 58,300 and for UX content designer post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,800 per month approximately.
