- Creation, modification and closure of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Monitor team inboxes for requests and responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes or invoice updates etc
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about request status or changes
- Identify automation/ improvement opportunities and work at innovating the process
- Work with internal stakeholders to reduce the turnaround time of the overall cycle time of a procurement request
- Ensure all the SOPs are updated with change management and are signed off on quarterly basis.
- Support channel of phone, chat and Email based on the business requirements
- Support calls and chats business on a regular basis
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers and other business partners
- Recommending ways to address improvement opportunities
- Ensures consistent and accurate reporting by enforcing approval protocol for department processes
- Resolves outstanding items by researching aged or open items in dashboards
- Compiling reports to monitor productivity.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For business support analyst and people service generalist (chat process) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 34,300 - 42,100 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
