Responsibilities of People Success Intern - 

• Assist in organizing and coordinating the on-boarding process for new in-folks
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration
• Ensure completion of exit checklist for exiting employees
• Support employees with performance related queries
• Help create and update career ladders for different functions
• Collaborate with the captains to identify learning needs
• Support the people success team in data collection, entry and analysis
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards to gain insights and support data
• Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures
• Assist in reviewing and updating people related policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities of Growth Marketing Intern - 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing growth events
• Identify and initiate partnerships with relevant influencers, businesses and organizations to amplify our brand reach and foster collaborative growth
• Research and evaluate marketing and digital content
• Preparing and sending our weekly newsletters and other outbound campaigns
  
• Assist with daily administrative and operational duties.
  

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For People Success Intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,700 and for growth marketing intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
