Job Location for Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2024 -

Responsibilities for International Voice Process - 

• Provide customer support through voice
• Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries
• Handle internet related queries
• Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process

Responsibilities for MIS Executive - 

• Handle and achieve the departmental requirements
• Maintain data integrity
• Understanding of operational process, logical thinking, reporting and analysis
• Ability to work on data and generate various types dashboards, reports, ad-hoc reports
• Ability to handle high level data analysis
• Meeting client requirements within TAT and with accuracy.
  

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For MIS executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 and for international voice process post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Tech Mahindra.
