Job Role of Administration Executive - It is an exciting position with a strata management (real estate) company from Australia, handling client queries and assisting strata managers.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client emails
  • Research, identify and resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Accounts payable - Entering supplier/ client invoices
  • Accounts Receivable - Generating and Sending invoices
  • Ensured all data is entered in our systems in an accurate and timely manner
  • General assistance to the Strata manager and other administration duties
  • Other secretarial and ad hoc duties
  • Working hours will be 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For Administration Executive (Work From Home) post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 - 37,500 per month approximately.
