- Arranging cabs for clients/ employees/ senior employees from Airport to hotel/ guest house
- Arranging local cabs for employees
- Assigning cabs for local taxi requests
- Handling VIP travel
- Chauffeur trainings, PV and BGV
- Billing as per agreement rates
- Verifying invoices and trip sheets along with supporting docs
- Ensure employees have a pleasant journey during their airport transfer/ local transfer
- Airport contacts in case of any assistance for employees and VIPs
- Assist cab team in arranging airport transfers
- Assisting employees in revising their itineraries
- Ensuring vendor compliance as per agreement terms and conditions
- City hotel contacts for client accommodation.
