- Need to take care of inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person
- Maintain the stock record and other MIS related files
- Managing the inbound and outbound courier record
- Managing visitors, vendors and candidates
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc).

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For executive (front office administration) post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,000 per month approximately.
