Job Role of Accounts Assistant
- Your role includes preparation of accounting documents such as invoices, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchases, bank reconciliations, verification of payments, MIS, maintenance of records etc.
Responsibilities -
Responsibilities -
- You will be responsible for branch accounting options
- Ensuring maintenance of books of accounts including finance management and assets accounting
- Ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to arrival of stock
- Maintenance of stock in go-downs
- Physical verification of stock in warehouse and reconciliation with book stock
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation of vendor/ supplier ledger
- Reconciliation of inter office balance
- Ensuring proper compliance with all statutory formalities like service tax, GST filling etc
- Coordinating with internal auditors
- Preparation of transporter bills
- Preparation of journal vouchers and payments
- Other accounts related works
- Setting employee tour bills and other bills'
- Ensure proper transportation of stocks and other commercial activities etc.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For accounts assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 - 45,800 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

- Accounts Assistant - {B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA/ PGDM in finance}.
Knowledge and Skills Required -
- Strong knowledge of GST
- Knowledge of Accounting and Taxation
- Good knowledge of computers
- Knowledge of SAP will be preferred.
Selection Method - For Amul recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting/ assessment test and telephonic/ field interview. If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired age and qualification,
