- Their role is to assume responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement support from consulting and client partners.

Responsibilities of Domain Consultants -
- Assume the overall ownership, accountability and responsibility for successfully delivering outstanding outcomes
- Engage global onshore/ offshore teams to work and deliver as part of Wipro onshore teams thinking on both sides
- Move client organization from “projects” to a products and platform organization
- Move from traditional (waterfall) ways of working to Agile frameworks
- Establish distributed Agile practices, but with the recent COVID-19 pandemic, make delivery of work effective with even 100% remote working of teams (ensuring that all team members are involved in all planning activities, as well as are communicating continuously)
- Attract, hire, retain, inspire and manage the new age talent required for the successful delivery of outstanding business outcomes for Wipro clients, mentoring and guiding the team members along the way
- Support the assigned revenue, client satisfaction and team utilization targets.
