Job Role of Personal Banker
- A personal banker is a finance professional who manages the accounts and finances of their clients. Their role is of overseeing all aspects of their client's accounts, providing them with banking services like loans or credit cards, and advising investment opportunities.
Responsibilities -
- Responsible to follow all process, policies as per guidelines and audit rating of the branch
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all internal, regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services from a branch perspective
- Attend to any audit findings and resolve them immediately as applicable
- Ensure strong monitoring of all transactions
- Ensure that all people, process, data and systems in the branch are well attended to deliver consistent and superior levels of service to all customers
- Play a pro-active role in new products, processes or systems roll out impacting the clients
