Job Role of Executive
- The executive would manage the complete store/ warehouse making sure
that customer orders are processed within the guardrail. Candidates
would be managing 6-8 people ensuring that operations run smoothly and
metrics are achieved. Managing vendors/ transportation is another
important activity which is linked to material Inbound and outbound.
Expected to build stakeholder relationships, prepare RCA’s, maintaining
inventory records.

- Ensure manpower availability updates and calls out if any
- Inventory management/ audits to be done on a regular basis
- Ensure store cleanliness and Covid protocols are met
- All vendor invoices to be cleared on time
- Calls out for Tech issues and system issue if any along with raising tickets
- Ensure/ monitor that all assets are in working condition
- No pending inbound/ dock should be greater than 4 hours
- Managing people roaster
- Ensuring no loss and shrinkage at the store
- Ensuring all order are cleared as per schedule
- Maintaining hygiene standards at the store
- On time cash reco to be done
- Ensuring all vehicles are parked at right place near the facility
- Coordinating with last mile, delivery partners to ensure smooth operations
- Perform inbound and outbound process.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 - 40,000 per month approximately.
