 Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,000 - 34,000 and for assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 36,000 - 63,840 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

Selection Method - For recruitment in the Industrial Development Bank of India, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the online written exam, document verification and pre recruitment medical test. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
 
Syllabus and Exam Pattern - The subjects, the time allowed and the maximum marks allotted to each subject will be as follows:
  • Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation (60 Questions, 60 Marks)
  • English Language (40 Questions, 40 Marks)
  • Quantitative Aptitude (40 Questions, 40 Marks)
  • General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness (60 Questions, 60 Marks)
The duration of exam will be 120 minutes. The above tests except the tests of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi. Candidates have to qualify in each of the four tests, by securing cut-off marks as decided by the Bank. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
