- Your role is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to managers and team members within a nominated teams. The role will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks like handling and direction of queries, maintenance of records, acting as the first point of contact for the team, coordination of projects and activities.

Responsibilities of Team Assistant (Admin Executive) -
- The team assistant will be working with the international operations team
- The role will ensure all personnel data pertaining to staff in BBC News India is documented, filed and up to date
- The role will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments within the News Group and across the wider BBC and be responsible for the application of Visas for the news teams on deployment, often working to tight time frames
- The team assistant will also be responsible for managing any vendors the team uses, following processes and procedures.
