- Senior Advisor plays an integral role in the organization. They lead the planning and implementation of high value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. They are also trusted to advise company leaders on HR policy and programs, recommending decisions in line with the company's strategic direction.

- Participate/ drive simplification projects leading to efficiency in TMSD operations and team member experience
- Actively drive key HR programs and be the SPOC to disseminate information pertaining to the program, drive solutions, partner with TMSD team and all stakeholders
- Review key metrics and other data points regularly to understand the trends and proactively work with all HR functions for possible work with all HR functions for possible solutions/ corrective actions/ changes in process or policies
- Actively participate in critical meetings like global technology forum/ TMSD huddle/ other forums and team meetings.
