- In this role, you will provide consultative support to an assigned client base. Combining a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions, you will help customers get the most value from our products.

- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional way, via phone or email
- Follow up with clients to ensure their operations issues are resolved
- Escalate client queries as appropriate
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible solutions for improvement, wherever possible
- Resolving client challenges, managing database records, drafting status reports on client service issues
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot client challenges
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
