- Assistant Manager (General) - {a postgraduate degree in any discipline/ a graduate degree in law/ a graduate degree in engineering}
- Assistant Manager (Finance and Accounts) - {a graduate degree in any discipline and ICAI/ ACS/ FCS}
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology) - {B.E/ B.Tech in electrical/ electronics and communication/ information technology/ computer science engineering/ MCA or a graduate degree in any discipline with master's degree in computers/ information technology}
- Assistant Manager (Information Technology) - {B.E/B.Tech in electrical/ electronics and communication/ information technology/ computer science/ MCA with two years of post qualification experience}
- Assistant Manager (Official language - Rajbhasha) - {a postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at bachelor's degree level or a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as a subject at bachelor's degree level}

Selection Method - For recruitment in the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in phase 1 and Phase 2 online written exam, descriptive exam and then a personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.

Work Experience - No further work experience required for these posts. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
