Responsibilities of Data Center Technicians (Work From Home) -
- Demonstrates an applied understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing or decommissioning equipment
- Complies with data center services business unit and service level policies, procedures and deadlines
- Providing remote support guidance to third party personnel physically executing to power cycles, swapping of failed components, handling of storage media and general troubleshooting for production
- Provide guidance to other technicians troubleshooting issues
- Develops an understanding of cross-functional processes to support partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participates in daily safety briefings, completes required safety training, complies with safety procedures.
