Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 55,200 - 99,750 and for assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 44,500 - 89,150 per month. Further information about salary details for remaining posts is mentioned in the detailed advertisement.

- Manager Grade B/ Assistant Manager Grade A (Media Marketing and Subscriber Education) - {a postgraduate degree in business administration/ MBA with minimum 2-3 years of post qualification experience in relevant field}
- Manager Grade B/ Assistant Manager Grade A (Investment and Research/ Investment and Research) - {MBA/ ICAI/ CA with minimum three years of post qualification experience in relevant field}
- Assistant Manager Grade A (Rajbhasha) - {a postgraduate degree in English or Sanskrit with English as one of the subjects at bachelor's degree level}
- Assistant Manager Grade A (IT) - {B.E/B.Tech in electrical/ electronics and communication/ information technology/ computer science engineering or MCA with minimum two years of post qualification experience in relevant field}
- Assistant Manager Grade A (Legal) - {a graduate degree in law with minimum two years of post qualification experience}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the National Pension System, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Phase 1 online written exam, Phase 2 descriptive exam and then a personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.
Syllabus/ Exam Criteria - The Phase 1 online written exam will consist of following subjects
- English Language (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
- Test of Reasoning (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
- General Awareness (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
The Phase 2 online examination will consist of following subjects
- English Descriptive Test (100 Marks, 60 Minutes)
- MCQ's on subject related to stream (100 Marks, 40 Minutes).
