Responsibilities of Back Office Support -
- Organize infrastructure purchases for product teams and support purchase related processes
- Support and coordination of Infrastructure E2E delivery and logistics process, including tracking of orders and quality control
- Coordination with vendors and management of vendor master data
- Infrastructure asset management execution and process improvement in line with central and local CTG processes
- Support budget planning process and budget management
- Review and process invoices in line with local processes and regulations
- Support financial modeling and cost calculation processes
- Provide reporting and visualize relevant KPIs in regards to budget and financial processes
- Support development of systems related to above tasks.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For back office support post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,500 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
