Job Role of Team Lead/ Junior Manager
- This role include working with bank branches/ officials/ POS sales managers in building new relationships to generate maximum leads to drive the business targets.
Responsibilities -

- Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
- Collaborative with inter departments to drive POS/ payment gateway sound-box/ QR and other business
- Develop synergies with retail channel to generate leads for bank
- Develop local strategies/ initiatives to build relationships and scale bank business
- Track program/ AOP performance, specifically to ensure achievement of short and long term goals
- Engage with various technology/ support teams within Paytm to identify issues and get those resolved.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For team lead/ junior manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 40,800 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
