- The HR compliance intern role is to work closely with the HR compliance analyst and internal legal counsel to prepare digital and physical copies of personnel records for transfer on a global scale by country. Responsibilities of HR Compliance Intern (Work From Home) -
- Assist with attaining accountability of all required employment documents by country by conducting audits
- Work closely with the HR compliance analyst and internal legal counsel in the determination of retention and disposition policies for all global personnel records by country
- Work with the HR compliance analyst and other stakeholders in developing a personnel file transfer of records plan by country
- Provide guidance to personnel who are involved in packing or preparing records for storage
- Make decisions about who can access records based on maintaining a high level of confidentially and security management
- Provide guidance to department personnel in records related issues, inquiries and personnel records tracking updates
- Review records scheduled for disposition.
