Responsibilities for Customer Support (Voice Process)/Customer Support Advisor
  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media
  • Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team
  • Actively participate in team meetings
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide Knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data Entry in various platforms.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer support (voice process) and customer service specialist posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 and for customer support advisor post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 per month approximately. Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Tech Mahindra.

  • Customer Service Specialist/ Customer Support Advisor - {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}
  • Customer Support (Voice Process) - {a graduate degree in  any discipline with minimum one year of international BPO experience}
