- Monitor, detect and triage issues of varying complexity
- Assist in system builds, configuration, patches and upgrades
- Develop creative and practical solutions to resolve non-routine problems
- Develop tools to automate deployment, administration and monitoring
- Apply working knowledge about system methodologies, designs and troubleshooting techniques
- Provide standard installation and operations support for storage/ data protection systems
- Alert management, diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair
- Execute change requests for production storage
- Required to follow standard operating procedures to perform maintenance
- Setting up backups for servers and storage systems and performing restores as needed
- Service assurance and ticket handling
- Documentation and creating run books.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For associate, site reliability engineer, storage engineer (Work From Home) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 35,000 per month approximately.
