Responsibilities of Trainer Specialist (KYC Support) -
- Creating training materials for different types of trainings
- Organizing and leading remote training sessions for new joiners and other stakeholders based on requests
- Presenting training materials to new hires during on-boarding training as well as delivering sessions
- Covering organisation and administration of the internal training courses
- Designing, developing and presenting training programs that educate employees on best practices or procedures
- Organizing and leading meetings with higher management, team leaders and other stakeholders.
- Managing a team of 10-15 Fincrime analysts
- Managing the daily performance of employees, ensuring adherence to SLA expectations
- Challenging processes and procedure in the context of continuous improvement
- Raising awareness of unusual trends in performance, team, attitude and other management parameters
- Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies in ongoing criminal investigations commencing from a submitted SAR.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For team lead post, the salary will be Rs 41,600 and for training specialists (KYC support) post, the salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
