Responsibilities of Associate Accounts Manager -
- Drive restaurant on-boarding for your designated area, Act as a consultant to restaurant partners to manage and mutually grow business
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts and exceed goals for account retention, development, and maintenance. Exceed sales targets and performance-based goals
- You should have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry with a desire to sign up for the best local and national restaurants
- Be the local market expert, gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide recommendations for improvements to management
- Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings, and sell the Dine out product portfolio to restaurants.
- Create and deliver effective communications and narratives for employees using multiple channels/ platforms and a diverse range of content formats
- Drive a culture of awareness, authenticity and a purpose between the organization and its employees
- Define what success looks like for an internal communications team by setting up metric tracking processes using data, surveys and focus groups
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, external creative partners and agencies by briefing and guiding them
- Organize and manage Swiggy's anniversary party and similar offline events.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Associate Accounts Manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 and for internal communications manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 40,160 per month approximately.
