- Handling inbound phone call inquiries about the disputed transactions
- Responsible for initiating a new dispute by efficiently capturing all relevant information from the member accurately
- Use available information and tools to validate identity of the caller to safeguard member information
- Initiate timely and effective written communication with members
- Guide members to navigate online tools and applications to enable uploading of documents
- Adhere to all policies and procedures while showcasing member centric servicing ethos
- Ensure high quality service delivery
- Take allotted training and execute on action plans discussed during coaching sessions
- Seek steady improvement according to the guidelines
- Study customer requirements on fulfillment area and map it to ERP
- Blueprinting and global template designing
- Perform design validation and identify areas of improvement
- Identify and analyze interface requirements
- Identify data conversion requirements
- Identify the opportunity of improvement
- Prepare functional specifications
- Conduct CRP sessions.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For chat support associate (customer service) post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 and for functional consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 44,700 per month approximately.
