Job Location for Teleperformance (Work From Home/Office) Recruitment 2024

For digital relationship executive, aspirants will be working from home and if they opted for office, then location will be Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida. For business development representative post, aspirants will be working from home and office as well as it has a hybrid work style and office location for this post will be Gurugram. For customer support executive post, the job location will be Chennai and for phone banking officer post, job location will be Bangalore.

Responsibilities for Digital Relationship Executives
  • Relationship Management - To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
  • Client Outreach - Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs
  • Customer Service and Sales - Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers.

  • Serve as a contact person between our clients and customers

  • General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
  • Productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools
  • Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
  • Resolve client issues on calls/ chat/ mail
Responsibilities for Phone Banking Officer - 
  • Responsible for performing phone functions
  • Providing and handling customer service and complaints
  • Assisting with sales
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
Responsibilities of Business Developer Representative - 
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
  • Educate customers on what we have to offer
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data
  • Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities and pipeline.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For digital relationship executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000, for customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 12,000 - 16,000, for business developer representative, phone banking officer posts, the payable salary will be Rs 28,000 - 33,000 per month approximately.
