Responsibilities for Help-desk Executive
  • Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques
  • Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related issues as needed.
Responsibilities for Customer Associate (Freelancer) - 
  • Acquire new customers
  • Call Jio customers and explain them about Jio's recharges
  • Assist the customers in completing Jio recharge
  • Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience
  • Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
  • Learn about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For help-desk executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,500 and for customer associates post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,700 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

  • Customer Associate (Freelancer) - {10th pass or 12th pass}
