Responsibilities of Technical Chat Support -
- Handle inbound calls and emails for issues reported for such offerings and provide support to them
- Provide service to the IBM customers through call/ chat support
- Create tickets/ cases in the tool and send it to the technical team to resolve it further
- Send alert messages to the technicians to provide services to the customers in stipulated time frame
- Achieve targets on such as customer satisfaction scores
- Handling escalations at points and also act as shift in charge during weekends in absence of designated supervisors
- Managing support mailbox to ensure that all customer emails are responded appropriately in defined TAT.
- Supporting business banking client requirements relating to a range of product and services
- Driving great customer outcomes and internal control through validating KYC information and capturing any amendments required to ensure all information help is up to date and policy complaint
- Work with and take on any feedback provided by the quality team to ensure that all tasks completed are within the defined processes.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For technical chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,160 and for process associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,400 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at 18 years plus. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
