Responsibilities -
- Responsible for overall functional/ business operations and various transformation initiatives
- Build/ validate initiatives business case
- Manage workshops amongst various stakeholders in order to build consensus
- Build financial performance/ tracking mechanisms for various initiatives
- Identify and promote success stories and associated stakeholders within the landscape
- Work closely with marketing/ branding team and extend support in driving communications, launching sponsored programs on various internal/ external channels
- Tracking/ analysis of the initiative process, suggesting corrective steps, enhancement if needed.
