Responsibilities for Customer Care Executives -
- Responsible for providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
- Interacting with internal and external clients
- Work on daily inventory towards cases related to merchant services as well as management of mailbox to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Creation of case on the relevant tools, maintenance of trackers and files for the team
- Keep a close eye on gaps and recommend solutions to plug them
- Manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while working under stringent timelines.
- Answering customer queries via chat
- Fixing customer related issues
- Helps with customer acquisition and on-boarding
- Responsible for providing quick, effective customer service through live chat
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email o chat.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer care executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,200 per month and for chat process post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,400 approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
- Customer Care Executive - {12th Pass with minimum six months of experience}
- Chat Process - {12th pass minimum}.
Knowledge and Skills Required -
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Strong and committed customer focus and consistent demonstration of service excellence
- Ability to take independent decision and meet stringent deadlines
- Good computer skills
- Saturday and Sunday fixed off
- Maintaining relevancy and quality
- Good command over MS Excel, Access and Power Point.
Selection Method
