Responsibilities for Operations Support -
- Provide technical support and setup for our clients regarding our charge back functionalities
- Handle client/ processor requests for smooth remediation
- Troubleshoot processor issues connecting to our systems
- Configure and standardized charge back processes
- Troubleshoot configurations and errors within the internal platform
- Develop a strong relationship with internal teams
- Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments
- Collaborate and attend meetings as assigned.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations support post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
