Responsibilities for Customer Service (Voice Process) -
- Responsible for providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
- Identify customer needs, researching customer issues and providing prompt, clear solutions via phone calls
- Resolve customer issues via call or social media
- Interacting with internal and external clients
- Document all customer interactions through a CRM system.
- Answering customer queries via chat/ email
- Fixing customer related issues
- Helps with customer acquisition and on-boarding
- Responsible for providing quick, effective customer service through live chat
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email o chat.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service (voice process), chat process and email process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 17,600 - 21,400 approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Selection Method
