Responsibilities for Customer Support Associate (Voice) -
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer inquiries through effective communication
- Generating sales opportunities through effective customer engagement.
- Addressing the queries and grievances of customers within the stipulated timeline
- Helping customers to resolve their questions and issues through phone, chat and email
- Collaborate with the customer, product engineering, product management and senior team members to work the cases to resolution
- Making a difference with the customers contributing to the smooth operation of their business.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer customer associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,000 and for senior chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 43,300 per month approximately.
