Job Location for Paytm Recruitment 2025 - 

For HR Intern post, the candidates will be working from home and for Customer Service Executive post, candidates will be working from office and office location for candidates will be Noida.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive - 

• Operating in a 24hrs day 6 day week team with multiple/ rotational shift options
• Understanding and expertise in domestic and international travel requirements
• Able to understand customer queries and advise them of suitable resolution
• Customer focused and service oriented where you are accountable for key performance indicators of success, such as customer satisfaction, key productivity metrics
• Coach, develop and mentor junior colleagues in the team when needed.
  

Responsibilities for HR Intern - 

• Recruit, track, coordinate and interview candidates till on-boarding
• Sourcing profiles according to the business needs
• Able to manage stakeholders when asked to
• Drive the entire recruitment process
• Able to capture and update the data on MIS
• Other HR activities.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,500 per month approximately and for HR intern post, there will be no salary/stipend as its an unpaid internship. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary.
