Job Location for SBI Card Recruitment 2025

Responsibilities for KYC Support Associate
  • Review, execute and decision the allocated cases for video KYC processes
  • Ensure complete adherence to the regulations/ policy defined for video KYC process as well as KYC documents
  • Ensure accurate updation of the decisioning files/ system for  the final decisions on the cases
  • Ensure prioritization and closure of urgent customer/ internal stakeholders emails as well as referrals
  • Review the process and proactively identify the gaps and highlight the same for changes
  • Maintain/ track process specific responsibilities assigned for any new changes in policies/ processes.
Responsibilities for Senior Customer Service Manager - 
  • Drive governance of all business KPIs at partner site and ensure month on month delivery against the monthly targets assigned to the partner
  • Oversee timely and satisfactory resolution of service delivery incidents and raise red flag and process errors
  • Drive increase in profitability by leveraging on cross sell, up sell, increase in add-on sales through voice and non voice processes
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand performance improvement opportunities and collaborate with responsible stakeholders on implementation of appropriate action plan
  • Ensure good working relationships between the vendor partner and organization
  • Manage work from home/ work from office basis the proctoring tools, quality errors, financial loss recovery from vendor
  • Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For KYC support associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,800 and for senior customer service manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
