Responsibilities for Customer Support Specialist -
- Regularly review tickets assigned to you, critically evaluating the request and determining appropriate solutions
- Carry out investigations into bug reports from the team on the IT tools being used
- Review and refine requirements documentation and eliminate uncertainty
- Work closely with our clients to identify, investigate, escalate and advise them on their questions and concerns
- Interact with customers directly
- Help Aircall customers to navigate the product, troubleshoot issues and help them get answers
- Work closely with global support team and other internal teams to provide a world class customer support experience for all our customers
- Complete spikes on various elements and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure all tasks are completed with security, best practices and broader context at hand
- Share feedback and ideas to help Aircall team continually improve with a positive attitude
- You will be required to implement solutions in a testing environment and ensure they are correctly operating before moving these to production.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer support specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,300 per month approximately.
