Responsibilities of Junior Customer Service Executive
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions to resolve system/ application issues
  • Responsible for day-to-day customer service operations and infrastructure management
  • Maintain daily activities and routines
  • Ensure efficient and effective technical support as per SLAs
  • Manage technical support center and operations of escalation desk/ tickets for all NOC and SOC issues
  • Monitor, vendor performance, particularly critical incidents, delayed cases, non-adherence to SLA etc
  • Planned activities and change management 
  • Corrects network and SOC problems effectively and in a timely manner
  • Establishes tools and procedures to monitor network performance.
Responsibilities of Lead Customer Security Operations - 
  • Technical administration or troubleshooting to ensure the efficient functionality of the solution
  • Incident validation, incident analysis, solution recommendation
  • Assist with the development, revision and maintenance of standard operating procedures and working instructions
  • Act as a point of escalation for level 1 customer service analysts
  • Coordinate with IT teams on escalations, tracking, performance issues and outages
  • Provide recommendations in tuning and optimization of systems, processes and policies
  • Publish weekly reports and monthly reports on customer service operations activity.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For junior customer service executive, chat process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 33,600 and for lead customer security operations post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
