Responsibilities for International Customer Service Representative -
- Provide customer support through voice
- Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries
- Handle internet related queries
- Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process.
- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media
- Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide Knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data Entry in various platforms.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,500 and for international customer service representative posts, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 - 34,200 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
