Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive
  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing to ensure a positive experience 
  • Use problem solving and decision making skills to handle customer concerns and find solutions efficiently
  • Remain calm and composed under pressure, managing stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Utilize customer service software and relevant tools to manage and track customer interactions and issues
  • Maintain a customer focused mindset, consistently striving to deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction. 
Responsibilities of Website Operations
  • Ensuring accurate and timely inputs through cross functional coordination
  • Get accurate offer details in the required format, once details are shared by brand managers
  • Follow up with the designer on all HP banners, to be shared as per the timeline
  • Coordination with the product design team to get the Figma prototype
  • Timely upload of banners as per schedule
  • Ensure correct and consistent banner communication
  • Bringing in new ideas and executing them
  • New features on HP, landing pages
  • Maintain a repository of banners and sections on the app by taking references from other platforms
  • Share banner references with the design team for all events and new banners on the app if any
  • Testing and execution of new features. 
 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,500 and for website operations, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately.
