Responsibilities for Customer Service Executive -
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK and Australia processes
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Provide customer support through voice
- Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries
- Handle internet related queries
- Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest solutions or alternatives
- Fill time-sheets and complete invoicing process on or before deadline
- Engage with customer teams on an ongoing basis on all aspects of project delivery
- Seek informal feedback and escalate any issues to seniors in the team
- Develop software code as per specifications by understanding customer requirements
- Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources
- Constantly review if there is a better way of doing things, which may help with economizing time or money or deliver better to the customer
- Perform code reviews as per standards and provide and provide timely status update
- Promote team work, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates
- Provide application production support as per process matrix.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For international voice support executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 - 37,500, for customer service executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160 and for consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
