Responsibilities for Production Coordinator -
- Provide daily project coordination, administrative support and production reporting
- Act as main administrator and manage multiple mailboxes
- Process and format all documents to the prescribed standards
- Provide detailed production reporting as required project manager/ leadership team
- Serve as liaison for Support team and IT for system troubleshooting and updates providing transparency on process and workflow challenges
- Provide special project support as needed
- Escalate project and assignment risks as workflow demands change
- Manage different mailboxes/ projects and action/ respond to requests
- Partner with project manager/ team Lead to always identify efficiencies, solve queries, tracking document status and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support social media efforts, assisting with scheduling content, data tagging, community management and analytics tracking across across various social media channels
- Support the development of reports to evaluate key metrics
- Stay up to date with social media trends, changing algorithms and emerging platforms to ensure that Gartner's social media presence remains innovative and effective
- Proactively research competitors, perform some social listening and community management duties and work on various other special projects
- Help support our PR department on social media including the curation and scheduling of press releases and our experts in the news.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For social media specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 and for project coordinator post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
