Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative
  • Customer service through calls, chats and emails
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
  • Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
  • Ensure adherence to client service level agreements like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort
  • Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies
  • Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up
  • Identify, share and operate operational improvements
  • Maintain internal and client level delivery quality on calls, chats and email conversations.
Responsibilities for Associate - 
  • Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone/ emails in a courteous manner
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue
  • Record, track and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries
  • Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting
  • Document and analyze call logs to spot most occurring trends to prevent future problems
  • Maintain and update self-help documents for customers to speed up resolution time
  • Avoid legal challenges by complying with service agreements.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 14,000 and for associate/ operations executive posts, the payable salary will be Rs 25,400 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
