Responsibilities for Executive Trainee -
- Develop store strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Manage an entire Airtel store and provide a delightful experience to
customers while driving sales targets, with adherence to pre-defined
guidelines
- Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers: customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
- Drive sales of various Airtel plans, plan upgrades & products - my Airtel app, WYNK, Airtel TV etc
- Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Maintain inventory levels of Airtel assets - SIM cards, dongles, WiFi devices.
Responsibilities for Product Operations Manager -
- Responsible to ensure that the product runs in a smooth and compliant manner
- Keep a prompt tab on alerts to identify any failures or exceptions and ensure timely and quick resolution
- Setup processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines by coordinating with various cross-functional teams
- Get relevant reports configured and enabled for consumption of various stakeholders
- Handle escalations, queries and data requests independently from multiple cross functional teams
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks to ensure product growth.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For executive trainee post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,900 - 26,600 and for product operations manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month.
