Job Location for Airtel Recruitment 2024

For product operations manager post, candidates will be working from home and office as well as it has a hybrid work style and office location will be Gurugram. For executive trainee post, the job location will be West Bengal.

Responsibilities for Executive Trainee
  • Develop store strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Manage an entire Airtel store and provide a delightful experience to customers while driving sales targets, with adherence to pre-defined guidelines
  • Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers: customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient
  • Drive sales of various Airtel plans, plan upgrades & products - my Airtel app, WYNK, Airtel TV etc
  • Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Maintain inventory levels of Airtel assets - SIM cards, dongles, WiFi devices.
Responsibilities for Product Operations Manager - 
  • Responsible to ensure that the product runs in a smooth and compliant manner
  • Keep a prompt tab on alerts to identify any failures or exceptions and ensure timely and quick resolution
  • Setup processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines by coordinating with various cross-functional teams
  • Get relevant reports configured and enabled for consumption of various stakeholders
  • Handle escalations, queries and data requests independently from multiple cross functional teams 
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks to ensure product growth.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For executive trainee post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,900 - 26,600 and for product operations manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month.
