Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For apprentice post, the payable salary will be Rs 10,000 - 14,000, for faculty member post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000, for attender post, the payable salary will be Rs 14,000 and for watchman/ gardener post, the payable salary will be Rs 12,000 per month. Age Limit - For PNB recruitment, candidate age should lie between 20 - 28 years for apprentice post and 22 - 40 years for faculty member, attender, watchman/ gardener posts. To know more about age details, click on the detailed advertisement.
- Apprentice/ Faculty Member - {a graduate degree in any discipline}
- Attender - {10th pass minimum}
- Watchman/ Gardener - {7th pass and must have experience in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Punjab National Bank, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in the online exam and then personal interview for the posts of apprentice, faculty member. Candidates must be prepared for these tests. For attender, watchman/ gardener posts, there will be only personal interview
Syllabus for Apprentice/ Faculty Member - The online written exam shall be as per following pattern:
- General/ Financial Awareness (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- General English (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude (25 Questions, 25 Marks)
- Computer Knowledge (25 Questions, 25 Marks).
The total number of questions for computer-based objective type exam
will be 100 and total marks will be also 100. The duration exam of exam
will be of 60
minutes and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong
answer. The written exam will be in English and Hindi Language.

How to Apply for Faculty Member/ Attender/ Watchman/ Gardener Post - All legible and interested candidates have to download an application form from the official website or from the given link below.
Candidates
have to take a printout of the application form. After printout, candidates
must fill the application form and send the application form along with
needed / relevant / required testimonials(which is mentioned in detailed
advertisement) superscribing the envelope "Application for the post of

Last Date for Submitting Application Form - For apprentice post, all candidates must apply on or before (14-07-2024) and for remaining posts, all candidates must apply on or before (08-07-2024). After the last date, no application form will be submitted.
Application Fee - For apprentice post, the application fee will be Rs 944 for General/EWS/ OBC category candidates and Rs 708/ 472 for SC/ST/ PWD category and women candidates. Regular employees of Punjab National bank PNB applying for the higher position are too required to pay the application fee. Candidates have to pay the fee online via credit card, debit card, UPI or by net banking. For faculty member, attender, watchman/ gardener posts, there will be no application fee for any category candidates.
Important Note - Application forms received after due date will not be entertained under any circumstances. Incomplete or late applications without enclosures will summarily be rejected without any reasons and correspondence. Therefore application forms must reach before the last date. Belated/Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
