Responsibilities of Senior Executive -
- Ensure crew rosters are planned in adherence to DGCA regulations as well as the Indian Airlines defined policies
- Maintain communication with internal and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of crew rosters while coordinating with multiple crew bases and centralized planning team
- Feedback to optimization team for revisiting certain parameters for optimum crew productivity
- Provide timely feedback and escalations to respective stakeholders/ managers to ensure seamless execution of plans
- Ensure crew queries are replied with correct information
- Staff needs to attend the refresher course and score at least 80% to successfully complete the assessment.
