Responsibilities of Procurement Operations Analyst -
- Review SC requisition requirements and work efficiently with requester
- Liaise with requester and indirect procurement to drive spend through preferred suppliers and drive spend through catalogs
- Re-trigger POs to the supplier if required
- Process PO changes as requested by indirect procurement
- Monitor PO replication errors from SRP to SAP and correct any issues
- Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
- Manage cart flow in compliance with divisional clip level and auto flip requirements.
