Job Location for WNS Recruitment 2026
For lead associate post, the candidates will be working from home and for operations associate role, job location for candidates will be Navi Mumbai and Visakhapatnam.

Responsibilities of Operations Associate -
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
- Research and resolve customer issues using the tools and applications provided
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
Maintain expected quality targets - Must ensure the average handling time, average speed of answer and answer rate targets are met
- Meet internal production, utilization and productivity target.
- Conducting quality checks as per sampling strategy
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Tracking and reporting SLA’s
- Maintain customer complaints and perform RCA and initiate corrective action and preventive action along with operation team
- Providing effective feedback to all processors
- Working on Bottom performers to bring them up
- Client Calibration on new process and updates
- Enhancing performance of the team based on SLA’s through quality control check and expert analysis.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For operations associate
post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 and for lead associate
post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,800 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition
Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are
subject to fluctuations. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
Educational Qualifications

- US Shifts timing will be from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST.
